Rev. David's Open Letter to UUA President Morales
In his blog on the UUA website, Rev. Peter Morales expresses his gratitude to UUCA's incoming Interim Senior Minister, Rev. Dr. David Keyes, who wrote an open letter affirming the support the Association has given to Eliot Chapel in St. Louis. Rev. Interesting letter. Sounds like he favors a stronger relationship with the UUA. I haven't been a member of UUCA long but, I have felt that there is a real focus on local issues rather than denominational ties within this church. That is just my opinion. UUCA could pay its fair share contribution to the UUA but, that probably would come at the expense of some other budgetary expense.
