Unitarian Universalist Church of Arlington, VA

A diverse, welcoming community of open hearts and minds since 1948

Thanks to everyone for the thoughts, prayers, metas, and all the rest! Recovery is underway, although not as speedy as I would like.

Breakfast today was 2 oz. chicken broth, 1 oz. protein drink, and 1 oz. cranberry juice. It was supposed to be 2 oz of each of those but I was too full! Lunch was 4 oz of protein drink frozen into a popsicle. I knew I kept those popsicle molds we used for the kids for a reason.

I walk up and down the short hallway from the bedroom to the kitchen over and over again, 10-15 minutes at a time. I'm really hoping to get outdoors soon.

I heard there were many visitors at church today. Thanks to everyone who said hello to someone you didn't know and special thanks to the volunteers who were "Sarah" for the day.

I've told so many people about your great, great, great grandfather from Concord, MA. It is such a wonderful story, but I am always adding or subtracting a 'great' or two. Please hurry back.

Keep it up! funny how these popsicle molds cycle back in your life; I still have them too and have wondered why I kept them; then my kids used them to make alcoholic concoctions!
