Hunger Banquet 2012
Where: Unitarian Universalist Church of Arlington,

Date: Saturday, Feb 4th, 2012
Time: 6:30-8:30pm
Inter-generational, interactive, fun community event where we serve a meal and find out how food and poverty are inter-related. A Hunger Banquet is a dramatization where everyone participates in experiencing what hunger looks like in the world founded by UNICEF. Games for all ages!
Sign up online here- Hunger Banquet- Sign up now; we need to shop for food on the Friday before the event (although we will shop with a margin for Friday sign ups)!

Sana - Thank You! for a powerful event. You and the youth helping you brought us together to experience the meager food and the incredible but very real stories behind the statistics about the millions who are hungry. I also loved that it was multigenerational (of the 60 folks there, a quarter were children and more than a third were youth) and multiracial and multifaith. The Beloved Community!
