UUCA "Faith in Action" Meeting

All of UUCA's leaders, activists and concerned citizens are welcome to take part in a bold new experiment in the congregation's life. In this first in a series of three quarterly meetings, we will celebrate the models we have put our faith in action by working together for justice across our various ministries (i.e., Worship, Administration, Creative Arts, Religious Education, Social Justice, Community Building, Membership, Pastoral Care). Then, we will explore the ways we wish to build on this by starting to plan now for what we would like to realize in our working together for justice in the 2012-2013 program year. This will help us coordinate our resources -- volunteer/staff time, funds, building space, scheduling, partnerships in the wider community -- so that our efforts can be magnified. We will share some opportunities that are already being discussed around the theme of immigration, and open the floor for other ideas and connections. Come share your voice and be part of a collective vision emerging among us!
