Blood Drive “Thank You”

UUCAers have a heart and give their blood! This "Thank You" was sent to Ali Drew and members of Fellowship X who coordinated UUCA’s Blood Drive last Sunday -
“Thank you so much for coordinating another successful drive at UUC Arlington with challenging weather
conditions! You were the only drive on 1/31 that actually made its goal which
says a lot for the membership at UUC Arlington and your personal commitment to
having a successful Blood
Drive. I am also very grateful for the support of
your Ministers which I am sure contributes to the success-especially when they
actually donate! I can count the number of churches where that happens on one
hand and unfortunately, not have to use all 5 fingers.
“There were 38 donors registered which resulted in 34 units being collected so not only is your
membership committed, they are healthy! That is a very low deferral rate which
also is a credit to your efforts to educate donors.
