A diverse, welcoming community of open hearts and minds since 1948

It is with great sadness that I bring you news that Beth Enriquez will be leaving her position of Bookkeeper/Financial Assistant at the end of August. Beth has decided that it is time for her to spend more time at home for the benefit of her family and herself. We wish her nothing but happiness as she moves forward in her life. In her short time here I believe Beth has improved the financial situation of the church by bringing a sense of clarity and consistency to our financials and how those financials are presented and reported to members of the Board, Finance and Investment Committees, auditors, and staff. She has also taken on an expansion of duties as the construction projects adds to the accounting needs of this organization. Beth does all of this and more with a fierce dedication and pleasantness you want in a coworker.

Thank you Beth for everything!

Beth,
UUCA gained a tremendous amount from your service as Financial Assistant/Bookkeeper. It was great to have you around during my time as Chair and over the course of the Capital Campaign. Thank you for all that you've done.

Nooo!  Beth, you are so easy to work with, and so thorough -- you will be missed!

Beth, you have been an absolute wonder in this position! Thank you a million times for your competence, your grace, your dedication, your judgment--oh, and so much more. I have loved working with you, and I wish you and your family great warmth and health in your life. I hold you in my heart.

Good luck Beth! I hope we will see you and your family around the church. I echo Sue's sentiment - you will be missed.
