Energy-efficienct Home-Improvements Save Money

Dear Friends:

 I track news about the PACE (Property Assessment Clean Energy) program, which came to a halt this summer when the FHA issued a statement about repayment hierarcy, and this article arrived today. It talks a little about the Congressional fix for PACE, but first it spellls out some good ideas for quick projects that you can do now to help your home be more comfortable and to see lower utility bills.

Senate to Vote on DREAM ACT Thurs!! (TODAY)

Please pick up your phone TODAY and call the numbers below to connect with our Virginia Senators, Webb & Warner, and ask that they vote yes on the Dream Act.

The Dream Act passed the House late last night, and is expected to be voted on in the Senate today or tonight.

Firestorm Re: Rabbi Lerner's Call to Spur President Obama

Rabbi Lerner is editor of the magazine "Tikkun" and chairs the Interfaith Network of Spiritual Progressives.
