In Preparation for Mother's Day ...

Please consider purchasing Fair Trade flowers for Mom this Sunday, or if not FT, look for locally grown flowers. Whole Foods has FT Gerber Daisies, and locally grown Peonies. Other locally-grown sources are the area Farmer's Markets, which will be in full bloom Saturday morning.

No Palestianian Eco-Justice Oil or Trees This Sunday

Unfortnuantely, due to UUCA Policy restrictions, there will not be any additional opportunities to directly purchase the organic, Fair Trade Oil or the Trees for Life shares.

However, you may still buy the oil locally at the Global Exchange Fair Trade Stores in Shirlington and at 5th & K in DC.

For the "Trees" program, which provides Palestianian farmers with 3 organic, Palestinain raised olive oil trees…
