- Married 43 years with 2 daughters & 5 grandchildren
Child of the 60's: ran folk music coffee house, worked in Alabama against Wallace, Vietnam Moratorium Day Observances (while in Army), desegregation sit in
Politics: national campaigns (6 years-McGovern, Carter), US Senate staff (18 years), think tanks (4 years)
Community: 26 years youth soccer volunteer-- 22 years dir of coaching-McLean Youth Soccer and 12 years on board of Virginia Youth Soccer
Fun: skiing, and more skiing, grandchildren, NSO, computers, chamber music, DC United, Wizards, travel
- Why are you a Unitarian Universalist?
- On my first Sunday Rev Linda's talk was about "Which side are you on?" We sang Woody Guthrie's song. Tears came to my eyes and for the first time in almost 48 years I felt like I was home.
