A Glorious Celebration!

What a glorious celebration on Sunday morning as the voices of our children and youth choirs and our Clerestory Choir, as well as the seasonal music of the bell choir, violins, piano, organ, and keyboard, filled our sanctuary.  My gratitude to all who gave us the gift of your music.  And I'm looking forward to more music on Christmas Eve.  I'm reminded of the words of George Eliot: "I think I should have no other mortal wants, if I could always have plenty of music. Tell us a little about yourself/your family/your interests:
I am proud to be the lead team minister for the Unitarian Universalist Church of Arlington, and I have been a UU minister for 35 years plus, having served UU congregations in Roanoke, Virginia, Meadville, Pennsylvania, New Orleans, Louisiana, and Cleveland, Ohio, as well as two interims in Adelaide, Australia. My wife Emilie Richards is an author and we have four children and an incredible grand-daughter. I love to garden, read, travel, and bike. I am now on sabbatical leave from the church and will return on March 1 with many stories and revelations to share.
