Perfect spot for the visitor with no car. This is a first floor apartment in a 1960’s-vintage 10-story apartment building that is close to: Ballston Metro Stop (Orange Line) – 3 blocks; Ballston Common Mall (with Macy’s, 12-screen cinema, ice skating rink) – 5 blocks; Arlington Central Library – directly across the street; many, many restaurants within 2 to 8 blocks. Amenities include a small guest room with double bed and exclusive use of a bathroom, which is adjacent to, but not connected to the room. Apartment décor is “retired graduate student/packrat”. (There is an ART commuter bus at the corner that goes directly to and from the Metro every half hour during a long rush-hour.) This house features a first floor bedroom with private bath, 2 twin beds. Easy street parking. WIFI. Simple breakfast. Can accommodate 2 people with the possibility of an Aerobed in the room. The Dutch House Perfect for a large group, this lovely home, named for its personable hostess, can one way or another, up to 7 congenial folks. There is a futon and half-bath in the basement; a den with very comfortable queen-size sofa bed and full bathroom on the first floor; and 2 bedrooms with shared bath on the second floor, one with a twin bed and the other with a queen bed. Easy street parking, simple breakfast, and a seven-minute walk to the Virginia Square Metro Stop (Orange Line) make this an ideal location. Lovely home in N. Arlington where you will be housed in a comfortable guest room with queen-size bed and private bath. There is also an office across the hall from the guest room with a single-bed futon suitable for a responsible child. Simple breakfast, street parking. There is a metro bus at the corner that can take you the one mile to and from the East Falls Church Metro Stop (Orange Line). This house is wheelchair-accessible.

House in the WoodsConveniently located on the Arlington/McLean border and just two miles from the East Falls Church Metro, this home offers a lovely private bedroom with queen size bed and full bath. Additional guests can be accommodated in the family room next to the guest bedroom. There is also an upstairs bedroom with shared bath. Walk or take a shuttle to Metro, or when retired hosts are available, they will provide transportation to and from the Metro station.
