A Work in Progress

In the spring of 2008, as part of our strategic planning process, the Program Team (the three ministers, the administrator, and the director of creative arts) put together a five-year plan to operationalize the church’s Mission Statement and the Board of Trustees’ Ends as they speak to the diversity, multiculturalism, and anti-racist / anti-oppression competence of our congregation. People of Color Caucus
