A place to Connect, Grow, and Serve
Covenant groups are small groups of 8 to 12 people who meet on a regular basis to help one another build community, grow spiritually and carry out a service project to benefit the church or wider community. The groups are led by trained facilitators, follow a specific format, and practice deep listening as members share in conversations that are centered in their own personal experiences. In order for a Covenant Group to be successful and form deep relationships/connections, members must be committed to attending. Groups meet once or twice a month, many in the evenings and at church, others in the daytime or at other venues. Most groups will be forming in early to mid-September, although new groups will continue to form as people sign up. The groups will meet throughout the church year, with most ending as the summer begins.
Those groups who will be following the "Soul Matters" themes will be guiding their deepening conversations based on the sermons, readings, and other resources which follow those themes.
