There are other privacy settings that you should determine. In "Settings," choose "Privacy" to that. Meanwhile, we strongly advise that you keep your profile set to be viewed only by members. If you change it to be viewable to everyone/anyone, all comments left on your Wall will be visible to the general public. So will everything else on the profile page.
