You are invited to a Workshop on a Strategy to End Poverty, Hunger, Homelessness, Wars, Occupations and Militarism

WHAT:  Please join us in a UUCA, Global Peace Through Justice Group Workshop to help refine and plan the implementation of a strategy to end poverty, hunger, homelessness. wars, occupations and militarism. This propose strategy is outlined on and can be reached from www.WeThePeopleNow.org  During this workshop, we will brainstorm and refine various parts of this strategy including proposed funding sources, ending current wars and drone attacks, reforming the criminal justice systems, setting aside the Citizens United vs. The Federal Elections Commission and getting corporate money out of elections, etc.  Comments on this strategy can be made online or emailed to Ron Fisher, Fisher@WeThePeopleNow.org   (703-725-78490) who compiled the Strategy and will be facilitating discussions on it during the workshop.

WHEN:12:30-2:00 PM, Sunday January 8, 2012, Sandwiches and juice will be available beginning at 12:15 PM. Bring a brown bag lunch if you like.
