Spring Cleaning Housecleaning Services Wanted

I am having some minor construction done but it has everything up in the air again.  Thank goodness my wonderful pet boarding clients are happy with a warm heart and bed, gourmet food, and good walks, and the boxes in the dining room are just one more thing to sniff (hmmmm! vanilla!).  But this has got to return to normal and as soon as the cieling and walls are in the unfinished storage space, I need help cleaning up.

I am also helping a friend across the street to prep her house for sale. She needs a cleaning crew the end of next week so the house can be shown and sell in April.

Anyone know of a good housecleaning service?

Come to think of it, anyone want to buy a 4 bedroom vintage cottage in the neighborhood in walking distance to UUCA?
