Hi. I will answer questions and respond to comments that you both leave here as you traverse the site and experiment with its tools. I will also create a few screencasts, or short tutorial videos on how to use and when to use various tools on this site. I will post them here.
Please look at the blue and white Reply button at the bottom of this page. Under it there is a link that asks you if you want to "follow" this discussion. Click it. You will be notified of activity in this discussion. An email will be sent to the email address you used for registration.
I get the reply without seeing the earlier message. There is something I am looking for -- the user seeing the whole chain -- in terms of coherence of a line of thought and conversation. This is not a criticism -- so much is so good, so good -- it is just a "lens" I come out of from the "Caucus" platform experience, a long time ago.
Most people are likely to not realize that there is an online indicator, meaning you show up in the chat room and also on your profile it says you're online. When you don't sign out but are still connected to the internet, the site will think you are still signed in for about 15 minutes, maybe a little more. Once you disconnect from the internet, the site should require you to sign in when you click a link from email.
June, How can I best invite those that are already beta testers to the ADORE group? I will of course clearly let them know that they are not to invite anyone else into the group durring beta testing. I'd like to be able to select all and do it in one fell swoope. THX
